[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model as a scratch and dent at BB after my old LG from 2004ish that I also bought as a S/D .I love the new model and went LG because I loved the older one as well but we needed more room the old one is still in use btw that's why I went back to an LG product.We have not had any problems everything works fine our food stays fresher longer and the freezer is so big the small part can hold at least 8 gallons of ice cream with it never getting freezer burned so you can buy on sale and keep it.The first filters went after 6 months but since replacing they lasted
almost 9 months and the water tastes better than our filtered water never cloudy ice cubes.What else can I say?It pretty darned cool !

Great Design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an attractive looking appliance. Also did not take long to get cold and be usable after installation. This is my first French Door design and although it takes a little getting used to, the space is so much more efficiently used. I can also see things better in the freezer and it is surprisingly more organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was love at first sight when my wife and I saw the LG French Door Refrigerator, Ice Maker and Water Dispenser. When we opened the doors and freezer we didn't bother looking at anything else. We were amazed at the drawers and shelving. Especially the in door ice bin, what a space saver. I don't have to unload the refrigerator to get at one thing.

Love, love, love this refrigerator/freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a year ago because my previous French Door refrigerator/freezer quit working and I had to replace it. I chose to go to one with the freezer at the bottom instead of on one side of the unit. Invaribly whenever I opened the door to the freezer, some frozen package of food fell onto my feet causing a lot of pain. Additionally, I felt like I needed a larger refrigerator and freezer. I cook and freeze enough food to last a month since I am on a limited income and only get paid once a month. To date, everything has worked perfectly and it has met all of my needs. I have absolutely no complaints about this refrigerator/freezer and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered 6/29/17 and I was in French Door in Door heaven. It also has a second ice maker in the lower freezer which is a real treat. This is my second French Door LG appliance. I had a Samsung French Door same size which was trouble starting at 3 months in use continuing for over a year. It was taken back by Samsung and we replaced it with the LG and paid more money to purchase it. I can actually store more in the freezer and on the doors and interior than the Samsung. The ice water in Door is easy to use and fill large containers with no spill and ice doesn't splatter over the glass when filling as you can place it close up around dispenser. Fabulous! No need to mop floor after each use and even my 7 & 11 year old grands didn't make a mess getting ice. The Door in Door is a real convenience. Quick grab of milk, mayo, juices and butter with ease with no battling to get at it from interior shelves. Leaves interior free for larger items and easier to see what's inside fridge. I love this appliance and more than worth the extra money paid over the poorly designed Samsung. I have 5 LG PRODUCTS and love them all. The best now is my Door in Door fridge. Thanks LG!
