[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG refrigerator (that I bought about 2 and 1/2 ago) stopped working two weeks ago. Called LG customer service, which gave me an appointment of week later for LG tech to come and fixed the problem. Tech came on time and fix the problem within an hour. I am not happy about the hundreds of dollars of food got spoiled though. I wish the service had covered the all of my food got spoiled and had to thrown away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought our unite in june 2018 i liked many of the features it has. spring of 2021 unite failed to cool and freeze. had to toss food products and wait one month for repair man to come and fix. had bad compressor. its running now also got two hundred dollars for food loss. hope it last longer than two and half years before failure.
