[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m posting this review a little short of 2 years from owning this fridge. I LOVE everything about the fridge. It’s spacious, the door in door feature is a plus. BUT, less than 2 years old and the compressor already blew. Had it replaced, and within 24 hours the unit is back to not cooling at all. Another week wait for a tech to come back out. Not worth the headache. I didn’t expect issues like this to arise within 2 years of buying an expensive refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three months after buying ice maker stoped working called tec support was told to unplug it and plug it back in, had to do this quit often. A few months later ice maker had to be replaced. About 3 months later the compressor went out Lost All Food in freezer and frig. When the repairman showed up he said LG has a lot of trouble with the compressor going out. Will not have a refrigerator for a month before they can get back to repair it. Very unhappy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an outstanding refrigerator for 5 years. At 5 years the compressor broke. The good thing is LG replaced the compressor the bad thing is that I had to pay for labor. Other than that the refrigerator worked great.
