I have had my LG for less then 4 years and it needed repair. This review is about the tech who came to repair it . His name was Chris and he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after job was complete. THANK YOU CHRIS! This technician is a credit to your company

Last night ice melted together and ice cream and other things defrosting. This morning ice frozen together and things refrozen. Since new parts ice has been frozen together 3 times . this has happened before! WE WANT A NEW REFRIDGERATOR !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved our repair technician and his service, as our fridge is now fixed and working correctly. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 2 weeks for service, however (to no fault of the technician).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought end of 2016. Really like the unit, lots of space. Selling factor was the double ice maker, however, that selling point has been less than acceptable. There is a leak somewhere on both units that cause the upper removable unit to freeze up- where impossible to remove, and quits making ice, it freezes up and won’t come out the door. The lower unit leaks more slowly, but I wind up with 2-3” of solid pack ice in the bottom of the reservoir and no room for new cubes. Filters are very easy to change.
