[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my refrigerator 3 years ago and it just stopped cooling. It's kind of surprising that after only 3 years it would no longer cool. I contacted LG and they are sending someone out next week to repair the issue. Hopefully this will solve the problem and I won't have to pay anything. You would just think that spending soooo much money on a new refrigerator would last much longer than 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 3,5 years ago, the cooling system is broken. LG sent a technician to fix it. He did awesome job and provided exceptional service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the fridge has plenty of space, with built in compartments and numerous shelves and shelf adjustments. Unfortunately, the compressor died after 3 years. I am told that these are known to fail in LG fridges and it was a sad week without a fridge. The entire fridge was unable to cool.
