They came out and fix it the only thing it took 9 days for that to happened . But other than that we still love all our appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fan broke but at least it was easy to fix. Don't expect lg to just show up at your door. You need all sorts of info to prove you bought it. These things are infamous for breaking.

Within the 1st year I had to have the compressor replaced. I didn't take out the warranty thinking surely that nothing would happen within a year of purchase but you live and learn. Other than that, I love my refrigerator and so happy that I purchased it.
