[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit a couple of years ago. Love the dual ice makers, the french doors, and even the door-in-door feature, which I didn't think I'd like when we got it. However, we've already been through one compressor failure, which took more than a week and a half (and lots of spoilage) to fix. Upon reading, apparently, this unit has a known issue, and our next replacement will likely not be under warrantee, which makes me very nervous for the future.

I had always liked the style of LG products, however, it seems they are very unreliable. This refrigerator has lasted 5 years and 5 months; the warranty on parts and labor is 5 years!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator specifically for the fact it has two, yes two ice makers. So far it has performed beyond my expectations, We go through a LOT of ice living in the Sonoran Desert. This fridge has kept us supplied with ice on a daily basis and continues to make enough to get us through long weekends with lots of drinks around the pool. The door in door feature is extremely convenient. No opening up the entire fridge just to grab a drink. Is love this thing and hope to have it for many years to come.
