[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in 2017 from a big box store. We love the water and ice in the door and the “door in the door “ feature. I also love the LED lighting and all the features of the refrigerator and freezer. I’ve owned more expensive refrigerators but I think I like this one better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG fridge is four years old now. Generally I have LOVED this appliance! So roomy! Dual ice makers keep us in ice always…nice water pressure on the dispenser and the finish still looks new. My only issue is the fact that the compressor died in just four years. LG customer service was great however. It was replaced quickly and free of charge. Sadly though, the warranty only lasts one more year. It is stated a refurbished or new compressor may be used for repairs, so I’m hoping it won’t die just after my last year.

I did not expect to have any problems , but the product has manufacturer warranty, was surprised .Could have be a bad experience , change into a good one because repair man was very knowledgeable and did a good job. And, did not cost me. Means that you stay behind your Refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator for 3 years. We love the in-door ice maker, air filter, and door in door. The air filter really eliminates odors. The door-in-door is very convenient for accessing beverages. We miss having a place to store gallon size bottles. The inside of the door in door opens too easily if it contacts another item inside the fridge. The compressor failed at about the 42 month mark. Customer service was out quickly. This is a known problem and should have had a proactive campaign to replace.
