Love the Door-in-Door and Dual Ice Bins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 10/2016 and it is still working well. We love the flexibility of storage, the door-in-door feature is wonderful and the dual ice-bins are a plus. Have never had to purchase additional ice since we've had this unit. Just recently the on the door ice bin began freezing up and we discovered we have the freezer set to cold; corrected the temperature setting and everything is wonderful. Love our LG appliances.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with my Fridge it’s big and the cold saver door is my favorite part I can get things quick without opening the whole fridge. Also, recently I did have issues with my fridge but I contacted LG and they came and fixed it right away and it’s covered through the warranty. AMAZING . They did a great job my fridge was up and running like new again ! I never really write reviews but this fridge deserves one and also LG for an amazing job !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this refrigerator and have reommended it to our family and friends. We bought the unit 4 1/2 years ago and were totally shocked when the compressor went out. Since we also purchased a maintenance plan it was quickly fixed, but have now noticed the new COMPRESSOR is VERY NOISY. The quietness of the unit is one of the main reasons we bought it since our kitchen and family room are together. We will be contacting LG about the increased noise, but have some family issues to get through first.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in 2018, LG had to extend the guarantee to replace the whole compressor system just before the 4th year of use. I had to wait almost 1 month without fridge at home because no technician was available in my area to fix it. It was a nightmare. Very disappointed experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the amazing storage capacity, the door in door feature, and the optional 2nd ice maker. We did have a problem in that the compressor failed prematurely, but apparently, LG has redesigned these compressors and was able to get us a same day replacement and so far, so good.

You made a great mistake in using the linear compressor in your otherwise great product. You owe all of your customers and apologie for this grave mistake and make compensation where needed.
