We had one issue with cooling and LG sent someone out right away. Awesome service! The guy fixed the problem and we've been back up and running. We have LG phones, TV's, fridge, sound bar... we love them all. Best of all, if you do have an issue, they are right there to support you! Cannot ask for more than that.

They quickly dispatched an authorized service team member who replaced the compressor quickly and professionally …and all is well. The service call and repair costs were reasonable … all things considered. Our LG refrigeration is 9 years old and we love it. The only disappointment was that the compressor needed to be replaced after only 9 years; however the refrigerator has gotten a lot of use. We high recommend LG for your appliance needs. (We also have an LG washer and dryer and love them too!)

Absolutely love the location of the water spout. Glad we got the extra ice maker. Will buy LG from here on out because service is dependable. You can't buy appliances like the old days, so getting a company that has great service is key.
