Water Dispenser Broke in 3 Weeks

Purchased this model brand new on 3/28/2015. On 4/17/2015 The water dispenser on the door broke causing water to flood below the full length crisper drawer. Each time the water dispenser is used a lot of water leaks from the inside of the door into the bottom of refrigerator section. If this didn't happen, I would have given this 5 stars across the board. Door-in-door is handy and there's lots of space. Ice-maker works great after throwing out the first weeks ice that tastes plastic/chemical tainted. Lots of space, bright lighting, and excellent temperature maintenance in fridge and freezer. Very quiet operation. Will be refunding this model and will be buying model LFCS31626S with no water or door ice dispenser.

I love everything about this refridgerator except the water dispenser . Its position is hard to to hold a glass under it without water going in the floor.thats the only thing that needs to be changed. Dual ice makers are great!! Roomy inside. Lights are bright .

This is an excellent product but I gave the Features only 4 stars as there are 3 things that could be improved. First; The touch screen on the front should have a lock for the temp controls but leaving all the ice selections still available. It's too easy for little ones to change temps. When you set the lock that is provided, it also locks the ice type from cube to crush. Why lock that feature at all? Second; Both ice makers are a little bit slow. It takes 2+ days to fill the bottom one. But I still think having 2 ice makers is the best way to go. One on top for day to day use and one below for weekend ice chest or parties. Third; My only other complaint is a big one for me. The back wheels on the bottom do not adjust! My poor old floor has some low spots right where the fridge goes. Every fridge I ever owned had rear wheel adjustments... and they were set from the front, making it very easy to get level. This fridge does not have any wheel adjustment for ANY of the wheels. It does have two front stabilizers that are adjustable by turning them down to the floor. The problem with this design is it does not let you level front to back if the back is too low to begin with. Also it does not let you level side to side without skewing front to back. And then it wobbles. I had to add shims to the back, under the wheels, and that is massive a chore in typical fridge tight spots. Additionally, the stabilizers will have to be backed off the floor... if you want to pull out the fridge to clean under and behind it. Just something else to remember when you are doing your yearly dust bunny cleaning. Otherwise, We love everything else about this fridge!!!
LG - take note; PLEASE GIVE US 4 ADJUSTABLE WHEELS! Stabilizers are cool and handy if fridge gets a little wobbly on soft floors, but are lousy for leveling and cleaning under a massive fridge! Otherwise, you have a great product line!

Purchased this back in July...Love all the features of this appliance. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is the stainless steel surface is hard to keep clean of fingerprints.

I love the in door storage for gallon jugs

From the stylish looks all the way to keeping my produce fresh for longer than I have seen, I am very pleased with my purchase.
With two young grandsons, I needed extra storage for juices and milks while still having room for a weeks worth of food. This fridge fits the bill.
I have enough ice storage to last through a Saturday football party and plenty of space for other key items to make the party successful.
I love it!!!!

I love this refrigerator, very spacious and one of my favorite features is the slim space ice maker. It doesn't take up that huge chunk of space like other models. I'd definitely recommend this product.
