Overall a great refrigerator

I really like this refrigerator over the last one that we had. There is more than enough space on the main shelves, although we would have liked the left door shelves to be larger. The lock out button keeps us from getting water or ice, but is also a necessity if there are little kids around. They love to change the temperature. I would love the ability to just lock out the ability to change the temperature. Last of all, there is a small flap door on the left door. It's job is to flip to the right when the door is shut to seal off escaping air. I have found that it doesn't flip to the right if the right side door is shut first and sometimes it doesn't flip when closing the left door first. We just have to close the left door first and make sure that it flips. This is kind of annoying.
That being said, I don't want to detract from the fact that I really like this fridge. The ice maker is very quiet and it crushes the ice so much better than our last fridge. The lighting is great and I like the air filter. No bad smells!

Great Product

We bought our refrigerator this month and we could not be happier. From the delivery to now we have been thrilled with our product. When a delivery person tells you that you have bought one of the best on the market you know you got a great deal.

My wife talked me into this and glad she did. I thought there was nothing wrong with old one but this is so much better with lots of room and u can actually see whats in it

Capacity, looks and functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched all of the appliances for our new kitchen and this model LG was highly rated in Consumer Reports and other sites. We bought it on the basis of the reviews and it has exceeded our expectations. It is well designed and it is easy to see and access all of the contents. It holds so much that we don't need our refrigerator in the garage. The inside, by the way, lights up nicely and looks clean and cool. It runs quietly and efficiently. The only "negative" so far; one of our dogs seems to be afraid of it.
