Perfect fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge about a year ago and it has been perfect. We recently redid our kitchen and the fridge fits perfectly. The extra ice maker is very convenient for parties too.

The ice maker in the door was a big selling point with me (no loss of shelf space), and even though I wasn't looking for a second ice maker, it sure comes in handy!!

Love dual ice maker!

Great Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked at a lot of fridges and was sure I wanted another side-by-side until Friends told me how much they preferred this style. I absolutely love it and can't believe how much it holds. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to have 2 deli drawers so you only have to open one door if you want to grab just one thing. But it's no big deal. I would definitely recommend this Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are now into our eighth month with our new LG Refrigerator. Not exactly a great time period but worth the review. After an extensive review of many different manufacturers refrigerators I was convinced that the LG would be the best for our requirements. Our previous refrigerator was a side by side with water and ice distribution on the door. It lasted 18 years. I have been told by various sales people that I should not expect anything near that again. My wife decided that she wanted a "French door with bottom freezer" After reading many reviews I realized that the french door refrigerators all seemed to have problems with the ice maker in the door. Being an engineer this seemed very real to me since the door with the ice maker was part of the refrigerator section and not the freezer. I then decided to look for a refrigerator that had ice and water on the door with a separate second ice maker in the bottom freezer. We mostly used the filtered water on the door and not the ice distributer that often. I found that LG had exactly what I was looking for with a separate turn off switch for the ice maker in the door. After receiving delivery of the refrigerator I immediately turned off the Ice maker in the door and use only the bottom freezer for ice. The bottom freezer makes more ice than we need for just about any occasion,[my wife is from a family of ten siblings and we have very large family gatherings] and we have never had a shortage of ice. We also feel the freezer ice is a better quality than what we had before since it is always loose and never frozen together. The refrigerator and freezer has a very accessible layout for all our needs and is very large capacity giving plenty of room for large storage. So far I highly recommend this refrigerator for anyone looking for large capacity with water distribution in the door and ice making capabilities.

I am so happy I bought this refrigerator with the freezer underneath the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Overall a good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the quality and style of the LG products. The refrigerator is good but I’ve noticed a couple of things that I need to learn about. For example, automatic ice dispenser didn’t work because it was froze up. After getting some chunks of ice unlodged it is fine again. I am still impressed with the brand.

Love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 2 months ago and love it. One reason we chose this model was because of the dual icemakers. And it makes plenty of ice. Another reason we like this one in particular was because of the wide meat and cheese tray. We also like the folding shelf. (It would really be great if the other shelf could be swapped out for one that has half of it that folds as well. )
