[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model 07/2017. 2 months into purchasing they have to come and fix ice maker since then almost every 3 months something is wrong with it a technician has to come in to fix . Exactly 1 year and 8 months the fridge completely stop working . A technician was sent out . I was told by service department that it need a big part and it’s a 2 man job. So frustrating and everything in my fridge spoil . I’m without a refridgerator for 4 days and counting .
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My mother in law convinced me to get it and when I went to put all my stuff into my new one I still had tons of space left!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within six months of owning this product, the bottom freezer continuously produced frost and ice on the sides and bottom. Once diagnosed it took 2 weeks to get the parts needed to fix the problem. Then, six months later, the compressor went and we were without a refrigerator for another 10 days while waiting for the parts. On the positive side, I really like the dual ice makers. This is a feature I have not seen in any other similar product.

Great fridge when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is beautiful, spacious, quiet. All the things you want. And when it’s working well, it’s the best fridge ever. Unfortunately, mine has suffered 3 “non-cooling events” in just 5 years. All were repairable, thankfully. However, this shouldn’t happen with a unit of this quality and price. I will say though, the ice makers (2) have never failed to work perfectly.
