I know this refrigerator is discontinued but would like to express my dislike for this refrigerator and LG. This refrigerator has been repaired more than all my other appliances combine. I'll even include my vehicles. Very very disappointed. Will never ever touch an LG product in my life. They have lost all my trust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 years and 7 months ago. The fridge has two ice makers that have worked great. We use a lot of ice. :) The fridge keeps the temperatures very well. Plenty of room inside.
Now the bad part. It had worked great until the compressor went out. Turns out there are issues with the linear compressors. They just don't last. Luckily, LG did the right thing and extended the warranty (parts and labor) on the cooling system for 5 years. The repair guy replaced the compressor with a universal compressor. It is working great now. Hopefully, it lasts.
Overall, I am happy with the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great fridge, we love the roominess in the freezer as well. The double ice makers is a plus. I have owned this since May of 2018, and two weeks ago, the compressor failed. I requested an appointment on Sunday afternoon, and the technician was able to come on Monday afternoon. He had the spare parts he needed to make the repair and was very cordial and understanding of our situation and that we were going out of town in a couple of days. I am extremely pleased with the service and for that reason will be buying more LG products in the future.

Food is kept at the perfect temperature and I always have plenty of ice. I prefer the taste and quality of the water coming through this product over anyone's bottled water. It is as beautiful product as it is functional. I have many other LG products and have no complaints on any of them. Buy LG. You will be happy that you did.
