[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator as a replacement for another LG refrigerator that failed after 1 year. I have had 3 failures on this machine with the last one being the compressor replacement. If this unit wasn't under a home warranty I would have junked it and left LG alone.

In 5 years compressor replaced twice..

Love the refrigerator for space but as far as dependability goes…it’s not! After only two years the compressor was replaced….lost a lot of frozen food. …two years after that compressor went again…now I think it’s on it’s way out again…Doesn’t make ice and frozen items becoming soft…I will never buy another LG product again….

Great Features but poor reliability

The compressor has failed 3 times since I purchased this new about 5 years ago. The refrigerator is now non-functional and am now searching for a more reliable brand.
