Purchased just a few weeks ago, and I am very satisfied. Only 1 small thing that I do not really like, to open the meat drawer, both exterior doors must be open.
We loved this fridge and the dual ice maker. There is a lot of room and the shelves can be adjusted. Unfortunately, the compressor went out. It is covered under warranty, but we'll be without a refrigerator for a month before it can be fixed.

No satisfied at all. The unit I replaced with this one is still running after 15 years. Customer service is terrible.

This is my second fridge from LG. My first purchase was not so great as my fridge was part of the compressor failures and unfortunately died after 7 years. I decided to purchase another because I like the size and style of the LG's I just hope all the the previous problems have been fixed and this one lasts longer than 7 years.
I've had this refrigerator since 2019. I love the fact that it is a large fridge. It holds massive amount of food, which I was looking for. The freezing compartment is if good size. Love the ice cube tray that is there. Like the upper part of the fridge the freezer holds a lot of frozen items. the fridge was full of farm raised beef. That being said in 2022 the motor had quit working and so the fridge didn't work. I called where I had bought it and they said that LG would be contacting me with in 24 to 48 hrs. It was two days later the said that they would contact a repair person that would come out and repair the fridge. I asked a time frame. they told me that them would be out in about 3 days. Well I live out in a rural area and it actually took 6 weeks before I got the repair done. Living out of a cooler is not my way of keeping my food. That being said LG did send out a $200 food loss compensation. I did have to throw out a fair amount of food away. My rating is fair to average. in my opinion if i knew of the problems that I've learned about LG appliances I would not have purchase this and my other kitchen appliances. This appliance is very pricey. My recommendation would be to just get a regular fridge that has no electronics key pads. stick with just an old type of refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this 3 door refrigerator for 3 years now and one day I noticed it was not giving ice in the bottom freezer. After checking the manual for troubleshooting I called for service. To my surprise, I was given an appointment date for the repair service. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes. I’m so grateful and no complaints but praise for a job well done.
