The frig drawer that is the full width (for platters) is not something that I use very often, but it is SO GREAT to have it when I entertain.

WE LOVE THE SPACE AND ALL THE FEATURES THAT THIS REFRIGERATOR HAS. THE OPENING FOR THE WATER DISPENCER IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR OUR WATER BOTTLES AND LOVE THE PROGRAMMED AMOUNT OF WATER DISPENCED. AND IT'S QUIET TOO. THE ONLY THING IT DOESN'T HAVE IS AN EGG HOLDER.

Major Reliability Issues

This is a full featured fridge with great interior space.
However we have had major issues with reliability.
It has now been almost seven years and we have had two compressor replacements and most recently, the fridge has stopped cooling.
An LG authorized service person came and checked it - told us there is a coolant leak somewhere in the body of the fridge that is not accessible and cannot be repaired. He said it needs to be replaced.
Less than seven years of ownership and this expensive appliance is now junk? LG - this is not what your consumers are signing up for!
