I found the sound output to be somewhat low and hard to balance easily to my amp. However, the fact that I can use rear speakers without running wires across the entire room (ceramic tile floors) is the reason i purchased it and it does work. I have not had any dropouts or loss of signal. So far I am satisfied.

This was easy to setup and did exactly what I wanted it to do. Eliminated the need to run chords across the room since I have an older surround sound system. Sound quality is still excellent and I'm thinking about buying another one just so I can listen to music in other rooms.

Used to stretch rear speakers across large living room without exposing wires. I got it as a new open box item, and would recommend for the price I paid. No sounds quality deterioration or delay (echo effect). Independent rear channel volume controls from your amp. May be too pricey at MSRP for your application (MSRP price almost justifies wireless speaker purchase)
