V370 photo and film scanner

I bought this scanner to preserve my thousands of slides to a digital format. The included tray for the slides and automatic features of the scanner made it easy to convert my collection to a high resolution format. I chose the Epson V370 after looking into many others converters, and I made the right choice. In addition to positive and negative film scanning, the V370 scans photos to perfection and documents to various formats including PDF.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth Every Penny

Setup was easy and seamless. I purchased the V370 primarily to scan old family photos, many dating back more than a century. To date the V370 has exceeded my expectations. I've only had to delve into the 4800 dpi range a few times, but this machine is a champ and comes through with amazing detail when tasked. Eventually I expect to convert several decades worth of slides and expect similar results. Great investment!

I purchased this photo scanner for the express purpose of scanning multiple photos at a time. Although the instructions to do this were a bit hard to find, I eventually discovered that selecting to print "thumbnails" got the job done. I am very satisfied with the product.

I spent a lot of time looking for ways to scan a big collection of slides and negatives I've collected over the years. I was shocked how beautiful some of the scans from the Perfection look! The price was more than reasonable. Most of the colored slides I've created with this look like digital prints! Highly recommended.

I had an Epson photo scanner and Epson would no longer update the software when Apple went from 32bit to 64bit format very recently. I assume that this Epson Perfection Photo Scanner will work like the old one. If so, I have scanned slides, photos of many different sizes, and documents of varied size. I would give my old scanner a four star rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Versatile scanner at a great price from a top-notch re-selle

This scanner is exactly what I wanted, and then some. Vendor was easy to deal with. Product was in new condition, open box. Shipped promptly. No problems, and appeared as brand new with all packaging, parts and accessories. VERY NICE.
I'm not proficient, so it took some trial and error to get into scanning the family 35mm slides, using the handy 4-slide frame. A little trouble navigating the specs and sizes for the resulting digitized images, but that's my learning curve. Only 100 more boxes of slides to select from. Ha ha. Highly recommend product and vendor.
