Easy to Use. Quality Good.

I bought the Epson Perfection V370 Photo Scanner. It is a great scanner. Very lightweight; easy to install; compatible with the computer data files. I would change only one feature. It is now a two-step process to name the photos or documents. I would make it a one-step process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas took me a few minutes to set it up for him and it is so easy to use, very happy with this scanner

Ok Scanner, Software is a piece of c***

I'm exhausted fighting with this piece of c*** that is the software coming with this scanner. The device itself is working fine, good quality, speed not optimal, but ok. But the software... really??? It seems to be coming out directly from the 90s. Totally counter-intuitive, not user friendly at all. It's just a shame: impossible to reapply settings, despite the fact that you can save these settings. Multiselection doesn't work (greyed out settings...). Ridiculous. I've rarely been as frustrated. It's a shame the software does such a diservice to the scanner itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Hardware but poorly designed software

Unfortunately, the software is a Windows adaptation for Mac. Many features are missing when you use this scanner with MacOS base system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic easy to use but slow

It is very time consuming to scan anyway and the program itself is not helping to speed things up because each negative strip has to reboot the app. I wish the app would stay open and not have to be opened or accessed each time. There are not many custom things we can do with our scans but the basics are automatic and work out ok
