They took their time even though I know that they had a busy day ahead of them. They were true experts and knew what they were doing. They stayed until I was completely tutored and made sure that the job was done right. I never felt a sense of " we have alot to do today and let's hurry-up and get out of here." They were kind, patient, and knowlegeable. I felt that I got a great bargain!
What's great about it: I had torn LCL & was anable to help swap TVs. NO prob! He called & got another tech to come & help.
What's not so great: Nothing! They went the extra mile & did the job to perfection!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Arrived on time on christmas Eve. Were professional, did the installation, carried off the packing materials. They were great...
What's great about it: arrived on time on christmas eve, did good work, cleaned up and carried off packaging..
What's not so great: nothing

Great TV and Blu Ray set up!

The technician was on time and set up the tv and blu ray very quickly.
He sent me an email with instructios and told me what else I needed to do, as far as an ethernet cable for the blu ray and getting a universal remote.
What's great about it: He was on time and got the job done.
What's not so great: I could have used a little more instruction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The guys were curtious, very efficient, they got the job done in a timely manner and were friendly and very thourough. They were careful with the products, and very tidy with all the packaging and mess that comes with purchases of big items.
What's great about it: Good people who know what they are doing!!!
What's not so great: No complaints what-so-ever
I would recommend this to a friend!

Geek Squad is great!

I am so glad I paid the extra money to have the Geek Squad come and hook up my lcd/led tv, blue ray player, wii, and soundbar. He bundled the wires and programmed the remotes and explained how to use everything. I will definitely use them again!
I would recommend this to a friend!
