So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher to replace an old maytag dishwasher that cleaned poorly and was so loud that we tried to only run it at night or when we were away from home. I can barely hear this model running. The third utensil rack is great and all the dishes come out perfectly clean. I also really like the adjustable tines and rack matic options that make fitting everything, even odd shaped/tall items a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the features of this dishwasher are great, especially the 3rd rack! It's quiet, cleans well. My beef is with the slant of the spokes in bottom and middle racks. If they were vertical I could position jars, pans, pitchers, and cookie sheets more efficiently. Also the drying cycle leaves water even if I use the extra drying feature. Over all I would buy this product again!

Love the 3rd rack, but not the bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch (the first one's control board went bad after 9 years). We've had it a month now and I have never used the silverware basket that came with it, which is bigger than the old one's. I use the 3rd rack all the time and I love it! Even without the basket, I find it hard to load pots, pans, and large items like broiler pans in the bottom rack though. I specifically bought this model for the folding tines on the bottom rack, but I just can't seem to fit as much in it as I did my old machine. The non-adjustable tines in the front of the rack are spaced differently so it's hard to put longer items across the entire width. I'd like more illustrations (or videos) from Bosch on how to load a dinner's worth of plates and cooking pans because I struggle with fitting everything. This model doesn't seem to get the dishes as dry as the older model either (and I'm not used to heated drying, so that's not it). I even use the Sanitize program for every load to try to help but unless I can run a load and leave it for over 16 hours, things are still wet (I typically run the dishwasher at night and unload it 12-13 hours later).

QUIET POWER!

Our only concern has been the slight odor inside ever since first installed. Customer service suggested placing a 8 oz cup of distilled vinegar or lemon juice upright in the carriage about 10 minutes into the cleaning cycle so we'll try that.

Loving my new Bosch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Bosch dishwasher was delivered about a month ago. I'm loving the third shelf on top. At first I didn't think I'd even use it but really like how easy it is to place knive, forks and spoons in the slots. Also, plenty of space for utensils. My thicker plates didn't fit well in my old Bosch, but are just fine in the new one. Oh, and it is so quiet. Like I said, loving my new Bosch!
