My son loved using the waterpik esp since he wears braces and is lazy about flossing his teeth. The waterpik made it a breeze, it was his new favorite toy. Unfortunately we damaged it while charging it in Russia. I thought that using a converter/adapter would work, like it does for my other appliances. Apparently not! The customer service representative told me that it is only to be used in America and that this is stated on the box but in very tiny fine print. I checked, and yes that's right. I am not the first to experience this. The company sent me a new waterpik gratis to my US home address (a pro!). But we need to buy a new one in Russia where it is double the price. Please make the fine print less fine!

Bought twice, both pooped out in less than 2 years

I have gone thru two of these and will never buy again. The motor is working but not when the water is in the reservoir. Worked fine for a year, but then no more. Needed it for travel but used it for home as well. Very disappointed in product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor battery life!!!!!

I like the product BUT after a year the battery has to be charged after every 2 to 3 uses. If the battery could be replaced this would not be an issue BUT it can't be changed, so the only solution would be to but a new waterpik... that I won't be doing!

I bought this product 2months ago... I have no regrets. Thanks to my hygienist who is so awesome.. she recommended it every visit and I finally decided to give it a try, I love it. wish I had done it sooner, but thanks to her I have one.
