Battery life is poor.

I bought a cordless Waterpik waterflosser & I was addicted! My dental checkups improved significantly. The down side is the life of the battery. My first one lasted about a year. I tried to replace the battery, but it cannot be replaced. I bought another one, but within a month it was as slow as my previous one! As I said, I am addicted, my next purchase will be a different Waterpik model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My previous WaterPik, traditional model, stopped working and needed to be replaced. When I went to purchase one, I saw this model and thought "oh, this will be great. It will travel great, not take up so much space, etc." I was hugely disappointed!! It was cheaply made, leaked water, was difficult to add baking soda to the water and I hated it. Hated it so much, that I gladly went back out and bought the traditional model. I am a huge believer in Waterpik and its' effectiveness, but not this model. Do not waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product appears to work well and i've seen some improvement over the past couple of weeks. The battery doesn't last very long and and the water tank could have been designed better and smaller.

I have had mine for about 2 years and just ordered my second unit.
The only problem with it is that there is no charging light and as a result of this you don't know if the unit is being charged. Maybe this could be looked at in future models

Overall SO much better than flossing . . . .

I hate flossing. So I rarely did it and have therefore not looked after my teeth as I ought to have. Every time I'd floss, I'd cut my gums, and it was never a thorough job.
Waterpik is a great product. It simply works. No more cut gums. Gets into hard to get to places. Thanks. Don't normally write reviews but this is a good product. Nowadays we are inundated with new things claiming this and that and not delivering. This one does what it says it does. I've only given it 4 because I have to refill usually before I've finished. Which is only a minor thing of course. Also I have yet to find out about it's longevity ...

Overall, I think this product is very good. This sorted attachments are great as is the ease of filling the water reservoir. It does an excellent job of cleaning between the teeth, implants and crowns.
The only negative today I found is that the charge for the device only lasted for 15-16 uses. The manual said it should last for two weeks ... so if you're traveling I guess you need to make sure you take the charging cable with you.

Otherwise, I think it is an excellent product. I hope that it will exceed its warranty. Products from a rival company have not done so. I am hoping that I will be pleasantly surprised by Waterpik's longevity .
