I have one criticism; it is difficult to maintain clearance of calcium deposits in the machine area of the cordless plus water pick. Other parts come apart for drying & therefore avoiding clogging. I usually have to purchase a unit every two yrs. Best part, convenience.

If you are having issues with water deposits, we do recommend running 2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar to a full reservoir of water through the unit at least once a month. This will break down any build up.

I'll have to say, at the age of 63, my teeth needed a little more support with cleaning than the ordinary brushing and flossing. So I purchased the WP-450 waterpik. Wow, do my teeth feel good. After about 2 weeks of using it, all the little pains went away.
