I’m not as happy with this model as I was the older models. This newer model seems to have less power behind it and it doesn’t have any kind of indicator that lets you know when it’s charged. The main complaint is the power.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're so sorry to see that you are not totally happy with the WP-450. The pressure on low is 45 PSI and 75 PSI on high. This model is a more basic unit and does not have a charge indicator. We recommend that the unit be charged overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our Product Design Team.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I have always bought only waterpik products for 20+ years. I need to use a waterpik at least twice a day. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed. I can not believe how cheap this feels, hard to clean and how short the battery life is. There is NO indicator light on the unit itself or the charging cord to indicate if it is even charging or has a full charge. I charged it for 24hrs when I first brought it home. It worked fine for a few days and then slowed down so I charged it for about 8 hrs yesterday and just now it slowed down again. I would never have expected to want to return the product as I have always LOVED Waterpik flossers. I unpacked it and discarded the box. So now what? How can I get a refund?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am in love with this Waterpik. I have just finished two years with Invisalign and have been given permanent retainers. Using regular floss is impossible with permanent retainers so I was recommend to use a water flosser and this has seriously been a game changer. It is so much faster and easier to use than regular floss. My teeth feels so much cleaner after using it. I love that it comes with different attachments for specific cleanings. The water tank holds alot and I am able to floss my top and bottom teeth with just one fill up. This has seriously changed the way I floss and take care of my oral hygiene. I highly recommend this product.

The main drawback I have is the flosser doesn’t seem to be holding charge. Been using since June 21 2021.
