Design Flaws!

This works but it is flawed. There is no way to tell if it needs to be charged. No indicator lights. It just dies. There is also no way to clean the water compartment..
I would not purchase this model again.

Hello there - We are sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the product. This model does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. Typically an overnight charge is sufficient to fully charge the unit. The reservoir may be removed from the power handle by sliding the reservoir release latch to the unlock position and then sliding the reservoir down towards the base of the unit. While the cordless part is great feature, the front fill feature is difficult to fill, very messy and not easy to clean and empty all liquid. I'm actually disappointed in my purchase.

This is very convenient to use. I already have the combined toothbrush and waterpik. The reason I bought the portable waterpik is because I have moved back with my mother. She has an older home and there are not a lot of electrical outlets as the newer homes have. An electrical outlet was removed from the main bathroom and so it became annoying to have a hospital bucket to spit out my water from the combo waterpik. So having this portable waterpik is the best thing to have here. I thought it would not be enough water to rinse my mouth but it truly is enough. I recommend.

Until a new dentist's office showed me the Waterpik I never knew how easy it was to clean between crowns. I hate flossing, and haven't in some time because of the difficulty. I'm sure my dentist would still recommend, but at the least I'm doing this. Gotta admit that since I'm new at it I'm still a little a little messy, but improving, lol. Wish I'd known about this earlier. Great addition to my daily routine, takes little time, and does its job well.

So far so good. Water tank is washable though, it's very hard to wash. There's no big opening not like battery operated version water tank. Previously a couple battery operated water floss were dead within 6 months' of use, hopefully this one last longer than those.
