I am not happy with the product. It's difficult to use. I have only used it 2 or 3 times and I have it for 3 weeks now.

Useless for travel where 220V is used

This should be available with USB charging. I have a generic water flosser that’s half the price and charged via USB but left it somewhere. I got this in a pinch for a trip to Europe and couldn’t even use it because the charging adapter itself only takes 110v.

I purchased this water pick about 3 wks ago and a day after using it I could feel and see a difference in my teeth....I love it, so much easier to floss using it and I find myself using it more often because of the ease of usage.. The water tank holds a good amount of water so therefore you don't have to fill it so often, I do try to use at least two fills each time I use it.
I bought this unit a month ago. It is smaller than the other Waterpiks that I use daily. We purchased because we travel and this init can be stored more compactly. The only feature missing on this Waterpik is a light to indicate that the unit is fully charged--this would have been a nice feature. In any case the Waterpik works like the bigger version and that was the important selling point!!
I hope this one lasts longer than the other two that I had same make had to exchange due to unit stopping after a year.i will see how long this new one lasts. It should last for years in my opinion with normal use.
