I have been using this for about 2.5 weeks. It's convenient if you take it in the shower but quite bulky. It's messy if you use it over the sink. The compartment that holds the water doesn't seem quite big enough, but if it were bigger the waterpik would be even bulkier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
