I bought this since I enjoy the WaterPik unit I have at home that is not portable. This unit just doesn't have anywhere near the oomph that the countertop unit does. I wouldn't buy it again knowing what I know now

We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the product. The pressure range for this unit is 45 PSI on low and 75 PSI on high and does not have the same maximum pressure output as our counter top models. However, lower pressure does not mean that it is any less effective. It is more about user preference.

I have used this for a month at bedtime. My teeth feel like I've just had them cleaned at the dentist every day. To test how good it cleans, I flossed and there was no plaque. LOVE IT!
