I bought this product over a month ago. Not only is it extremely noisy but it sprays everywhere. The only place this Waterpik is suitable for use is the shower. I will be returning. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

We are so sorry that you are finding the unit difficult to use. This model should not be used in the shower as it is not completely waterproof. Perhaps our How-To video will help! It does have great tips on how to prevent water spray. You can view it here:

My dentist recommended I purchase a Waterpik, due to my sensitive gums. I was a bit hesitant at first, but once I tried my Waterpik-450 for the first time, I was hooked! It cleans between your teeth gently, without harming sensitive gums, and it does it even better than floss. I love the different settings; in fact, I love everything about the WP-450. I am a customer for life!
