Hard to clean the reservoir
on May 7, 2019

Get another model. It’s not easy to empty the reservoir completely so it can dry out after each use as well as it is not easy to get to areas in the base of the reservoir to clean it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are finding the reservoir difficult to clean. Here is a link to our how-to clean video with some helpful tips on how to clean the product to keep it performing at its best!
I travel a lot & its super convenient replacing flossing totally. Just be aware of voltage differences when travelling in USA from Europe or Asia. Its alright to use it for 1 week if the unit is fully charged or else you will need to buy a new model for USA voltage. Perhaps a new model could have voltage 110-230 & an indicator light to show levels of charging.
I. Bought one over a year ago the first malfunctioned. I did call on a warranty claim and the person handling claim was great. I now have a replacement and the unit is doing exactly what i think it is suppose to
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hope my dental hygienist notices a difference on my next visit. I have.
I bought this a few weeks ago and overall I am pretty well satisfied with it. My biggest complaint is that it is very loud. Other people in the house comment on the noise it makes!
