I purchased this several months ago. I was having pain in my right gum near the wisdom tooth. I felt like there must be some debris down in the gums that I'm not getting with regular brushing. I started using the flosser and immediately my gums began to heal. I then started brushing with baking soda and adding hydrogen peroxide to the flosser well instead of water. My gum is 100% better.

Charging port get water in it and, over time, has issues. needs a cover, rubber maybe.
You need a changing light. Amber and then green when done.
Replaceable battery would be nice. At the end of its life you need to change the unit almost daily.
