I bought this a month ago. Find it awkward to use, my bathroom needs wiped down after use as mirror & walls get soaked!!!

Like many 'travel/cordless' appliances, this water pik is inferior to the plug-in models. Used it once; now gathers dust in the closet. Use my plug-in model regularly.

Low - high water pressure switch not working. Continues on low pressure only. This is the second unit I had to exchange within a week. Same problem as with the original WP-450. I have used Waterpik products over the years and I'm surprised as to the poor quality of my recent Waterpik purchase.

The battery on my replacement holds a longer charge. .After less than 2 years,. 1St flosser failed .. Lost my receipt so couldn't send in for warranty replacement. That won't happen this time!
I will be returning the pic when Ireturn home. The top pick broke off in the apparatus and the pic is now useless!

a "travel" waterflosser that only charges in N. America? And good guess if it's actually charging as there isn't a simple indicator light to acknowledge it is properly connected and charging. Congrats on saving 50 cents on the manufacturing costs by not have a simple charge indicating light and a 110-220v global travel charger!
