Got this as an early Christmas Present. Happy that it has two (2) speeds. Easy to turn on/off. A bit difficult to get the liquid container off the appliance, but just had to use it a few times to get used to it. I use it with a bit of mouthwash and it makes my mouth feel refreshed. It does, however, feel a bit clumsy holding onto it. Almost like it's too bulky.

Battery life

I bought this in March 2019 and now it won't charge at all. Apparently you can't let the battery totally discharge or it will ruin the battery. It needs a regular charging schedule. Weird, as the first WaterPik I bought I could do that with and it lasted 6-7 years.

This is just what I needed... HOME OR AWAY VERY CONVENIENT ! I love how simple it is to pack and use .I wish the on and off button was easier for me to use...maybe just push in and out instead of up and down for short fingers lol. WORKS GREAT, LOVE MY TIPS THANKS,WP.
