Not discharging water anymore

Worked alright for about 1-2years and then I noticed the water pressure is extremely slow (set on high). Now it's making a high pitch noise and just simply doesn't discharge water anymore. Hesitant to buy another unit if it's gonna die on me in another 2 years. Very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear you are having this difficulty. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is likely clogged. You can clean the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Or, it may be time to replace it. We recommend replacing them every three to six months. The clean feel is great but the devise itself is bulky and should be slimmed down. It also leaks water on my countertop when full. I feel like the on/off is kinda flimsy too.
