I love the portability. Yet this is my second unit because the first one died right after the warranty expired. The pressure isn't quite as a good as a regular plug-in pink, yet it does the job and is super handy on the countertop.

Can’t get replacement batteries

The glosser works well but it is impossible to replace the rechargeable battery when it will no longer hold a charge. I took disassembled it easily but the specific battery is not available. The rest of the machine works well. What a shame to throw it all out. With this throw away product attitude I won’t be buying Waterpik products in the future.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the product. You are correct, this battery is not replaceable. The unit needs to remain water tight and opening the unit compromises the seal. The unit does have a two year warranty. We would be happy to look further into this for you. I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective.
