The water tank is too small. The pressure selectors could use one more choice. The battery holds a charge over multiple sessions.

Very disappointed, the pulsating of the water is not strong enough. Water tank too small, usually fill it twice each time in use.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the product. The unit is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. The unit has a pressure range of 45 PSI on low and 75 PSI on high.

Works great. This is the 3rd one of this model I have owned...wore the other two out. Only reason I did not give 5 stars...tank is a pain to clean. Should be a better design option so the tank can be cleaned out.

After a little practice, I now like the results from using the water pik. My only complaint is the latch that covers the reservoir broke off after a few months of use.
