Works terrific when the battery works.

Purchased my first one and loved it until the battery quit. Waterpik generously replaced it. Lasted 15 months. Notified waterpik they gave me charging advice and gave me an extra month. Perhaps I'll try another brand

I feel it needs to be refilled and recharged too often. It gets the job done but it's annoying

Thank you for your review and we greatly appreciate your feedback. A full charge typically lasts for 6-8 reservoirs of water. The product is designed small as it is intended for travel and for those with little to no counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If this is a hassle for you, we recommend a counter top model.
Recommended by my hygienist. Easy to use, durable, portable, and easy to store out of sight. Two speed settings - high/low. Comes with additional head attachments. A single charge lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend to family/friends. A bit pricey.
Received it in May and It started off strong and now seems the power is not as strong.. even after charging it... I’m beginning to think I wasted my money...
