Cons: * Ergonomics leave much to be desired (e.g., location of power switch). * Water tank capacity is a bit too little for one full cleaning session. * Lack of "charging" and "charge complete" indicator lights is a serious oversight.
I am an administrator of a dental practice and an avid flosser, every time I eat. If I tell you I love this product because it is so easy to use and gives me another level of cleanliness.
I found this device extremely difficult to use, especially when trying to clean the backside of my teeth. It was awkward to fill and cumbersome to hold the device. Am no longer using it at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Im a little disappointed, there isn't a bettery meter. After my wife bought these a an updated model popped up with bettery indicator for a $100.00 more
This unot was a complete surprise to me. I am very impressed with the power and the accuracy of the tips and the strength of the water flow. It really does a great job cleaning between the teeth. The only wish I have is more water capacity especially when using it at the max setting.
I believe this product does what it is intended to do. I have the travel cordless version which means that I have to fill the little reservoir up twice to floss my teeth properly, but that is no great inconvenience. My bathroom counter is not that large so a small machine is a good choice for me.

Has no battery indicator light, or charge light

I like the waterpik but it doesn't even have a battery indicator light. In fact, it has no lights at all to tell you the battery level, or if it's even charging. Come on, how difficult or expensive could it have been to include at least a charging light that doubles as a battery indicator.
