First let me say the water pic works as it was designed to do.
I’m sorry I picked this model. There is no pilot light to show the battery is charging. There is no pilot light that indicates the battery is fully charged or how much power is left in the battery. The unit has to be held vertically for the water to be pumped out. I don’t know anything about water flossing, but I think the motor is under powered. And lastly, the tank is too small which makes the run time very short. Competing brands have larger tanks and more features. I chose to go with a brand name and am regretting it. I have no choice but to use the Water-Pic until it dies because it was to expensive to throw out.

Not a great flosser

I bought this unit a week ago. The reservoir leaks all over the place. There’s no covers for the picks, so after each use, they have to be washed and covered with something. The dual speed control doesn’t really work. It’s difficult to get onto the low speed. There isn’t a pick with a small tip. No size choices. I think I bought the wrong model for me. Most importantly is the reservoir leaking and water all over the place when turned on. It is securely set in place and still leaking.

This is my 2nd water flosser and I do like the improvements that were made to this model. (ie: much easier to eject the tips). Water chamber completely empties upon use.

it does help clean my teeth and my gums but shoots water all over the place. you have to have it in your mouth with your mouth basically closed all the way or the water just starts shooting every where. its a messy clean up

You do want to make sure that you lean over and look down into the sink while leaving your mouth partially open to allow the water to run freely into the sink.
