Hello Loos - We're sorry you feel this way and that your unit is leaking. If water is left in the unit after flossing, it can cause leakage. If this isn't the issue you're experiencing, please let us know! You can reach us at 1-800-525-2774 or by email at smreviews@waterpik.com.
This unit is not as powerful as the previous model I had, and the water tank holds much less. It may be a better travel unit than for every day use.

We're sorry you were not completely satisfied with the WP-450. It is designed more for those who travel and/or have little counterspace. For a larger reservoir, we recommend a countertop model.
The reservoir is very small. I did not make it around to all of my gum line before it ran out of water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Bill P- The unit is designed to be compact for those with limited counter space or who travel. Some users may find it necessary to refill the reservoir more than once. If you find removing and refilling the reservoir difficult, you might want to consider a countertop model as an alternative. The WP-450 has a 30-day money-back guarantee. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.
Love my true Waterpik unit. It helps me a lot with a wisdom tooth and an Implant tooth to keep it exceptional clean in between. I have trouble flossing normal especially near the back of my mouth.
