I find this device clumsy to use, as the water chamber is built into the handle. It would be easier to use if the chamber remained on the counter and there was tubing from the water chamber to the tip used to clean the teeth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product really helps to keep the teeth clean. It is initially difficult to use, but after 3-4 days it is comfortable.
