I've had the unit a month, and it works as described. However, I find it is awkward and messy to hold and maneuver while in use. Water will go everywhere even with care to avoid that. If I could do it over, I would stick with using a quality floss instead.

Would be nice if the tip didn't keep popping out. I do click it all the way into the base. It's useless as is. The only other thing is that the reservoir doesn't hold very much water. I'm going to have to go back to the standard (non-portable) model--too bad.

Many months ago my dentist recommended that I get a Waterpik. I hesitated thinking, I brush my teeth and that should be fine. Finally, after several dental visits and more coaxing by my dentist, I purchased one. The very first time I used it I was surprised by how well it worked! It removed particles between my teeth far beyond my expectations. I'm very happy to own this product.

I bought this product about 2 months ago and I can't imagine going back to the conventional way of flossing ever again. Is lightweight and easy to use.
