I bought this recently to replace the same model that I had for many years. The old unit wore out but doesn't everything eventually. The water reservoir is a perfect size. I like not have cords. It holds it's charge well. It's a great one person flosser.
The unit definately gets everything from between the teeth. Love that part. Unit can not be used at an angle cause the water res looses suction plus until you use it for a bit can be a bit messy. Going to use this for travel and get the counter top unit for home.
I like the size, but was very disappointed in the lack of water pressure. I've had the traditional type for years and have been fighting gum disease with great results. Now I fear their their is a good chance this will not be strong enough pressure to keep my gum disease at bay. Had I realized the difference I would have bought the traditional style.
My dental hygienist recommended that I try a Waterpik and I told her I didn't even realize they were still around - the last time I used one was in the late 70's when I was a kid! Yes I am enjoying my 21st century Waterpik!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought this thinking that the Pik Pocket Tip was included only to find out it isn't. I will give a more thorough review when I see how it works.
