Dead after 2 years

At the time of purchase, this was the only microwave of its size with an enamel interior. The enamel interior made this microwave so easy to keep clean. Alas, it died after only 2 years. Not what I expected for a Samsung appliance :( Replaced with a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave gets very mixed reviews, but I took a chance on it anyway and I’m glad I did. First, the versatility is great. The grill feature adds a lot to it, it works well but takes a while to heat up. The microwave definitely cooks more evenly than others I’ve owned. It’s not too noisy, and the door button is still working well after about a month worth of use. We will see if that holds up. This microwave definitely offers more features and performance than the price point would suggest. I’d say it’s a great value.

This is my second Samsung Microwave. I loved the first one which lasted many years. When I had to replace it, naturally I would replace it with a Samsung. I am very happy with my new one.
Pros: Inexpensive, fast cooking

Samsung has the best products ever, I have begun to replace all of the appliances with Samsung product. I have most if not all of the TV's, Printer, etc. I want everything to be Samsung because the Quality and the prices are GREAT!!!!

The clock is above the cancel button. It is easy to miss the cancel button then the clock is messed up.

Great for small space

The grilling feature is a little slow, not so sure if I will use it much but the microwave is great for the size. It heats a little bit slower than my older big OTC unit but I wanted to hide this away in the pantry and only had 16" depth to work with. It's great for warming plates and my tea! Great price

This new Samsung microwave blends beautifully in the kitchen with other stainless appliances. The new features make it far more versatile than my older appliance. Looking forward to trying them out and learning new ways to prepare foods. Had to wait one month for delivery but it appears the wait was most worthwhile.
