the microwave is just what I was looking for at a great price

the microwave is a perfect match for my family of 5. Performs just as I needed a microwave to do.Fits perfectly and looks great. Only down side is a bit too loud. I don't know if it has a problem or the noise is at the level it was meant to be. Overall I am happy with product.
Pros: name recognitiion
Cons: too loud

Would like bigger print

For those of us who need reading glasses, it would be helpful to have bigger print it on the keypad. Can't operate the special features without them. Also, the extras that come with the microwave are complicated to use. I tried making bacon on the special browning plate - the steps were very confusing to follow. The bacon fat collects on the plate and is tricky to pull it out without spilling the fat. Nice idea but doesn't execute well.

I specially like grill mode, saves counter space. Also combines grill and microwave mode to fully cook meals. Very happy with my purchase.

All my Samsung products are all easy to used from my 2 cellphones, 1 Samsung nook, 1 50' TV, and my new microwave. microwave is very easy to use, easy to clean, very affordable price and I would love to have more product in the future. Thanks to Samsung :)

I purchased this microwave after reading about the features and reviews of the product. My previous microwave was a Samsung, that was great for many years and finally gave out. I love the features of this model, the soften/melt feature is great for melting butter for toast, and I love the modes on the Auto Reheat button. Have not used the grilling feature yet, but love having the option and hope to use it soon. The ceramic interior is great, well lighted, and roomy. I'm pleased that it is fairly quiet, and the size is perfect for a counter top model. I feel that this is a very solid, well manufactured, quality product that will last for many years.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

So far so great. Does what I need it to much better than my previous microwave. It has really nice features and the size is just about right. The buttons are arranged properly, display light is pretty bright and clear, and the internal light turns on both when operating and if the door is open.
Haven't used the grill feature yet or any other feature aside from manual cooking but it does it pretty well. I have no complaints so far and the extra features are a nice bonus. Only had it for about a month so we'll see. Bought this to replace the previous microwave which had a very short lifespan before rusting on the bottom frame and even on the ceiling of the oven which then cracked. Hopefully, this one will last much longer. It doesn't accumulate moisture easily like the previous one did, which contributed to the rust. Water would pool at the bottom of the previous microwave after a few uses, even if the food items weren't excessive in water content.
This one stays dry and easy to clean. Loving it so far.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, bonus features

Great Microwave

Just what our kitchen needed to replace our old one. Love the sleek look, perfect size, simple controls, quiet enough. Haven't tried the crusty plate yet, but looking forward to warming up bread that doesn't come out soft & mushy!
