Nice looking unit with solid feeling ergonomics. Wow that display is bright at night, but you have the option to turn it off which is cool... would be nice to have a less bright night mode. Grill feature is nice so that you can put away the toaster oven for a lot of things. Too bad there's not rubber feet on the bottom as it slides easily on the counter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It seems to be a quality product. Like the features. Probably would have liked it a little larger.but I think it will work well.
Pros: Bright display

I am writing this review after using the new microwave once. It performed as expected. I spent more on this microwave than I have in the past. I was looking for something that I can use for a long time. I believe I have found it. I love the enamel interior, the grill/toast/browning options, and the black and stainless exterior. This microwave fist perfectly in the area that I needed it to. Very nice looking. I have other Samsung products, although this is the first appliance I have purchased in the Samsung line. I have high expectations and I believe they will be met.
Pros: Durable, fits the space perfectly

This product has great features and was working beautifully up until 4 months after I purchased it. I am now having a "door" that will not go away.

I would love for my microwave to work again. I have removed all of the cellophane from the door and vacuumed the door and hinges. The door appears to be fine. I am the only one who uses it and it has not been mishandled. I have followed the manual's instructions and hit the clear twice.
It still will not clear the code, it still will not work.
It had been working just fine for 4 months.
If I get good service and it starts working again I would give it 5 stars.

Love the grilling option and crusty pan.

I really like the look of this appliance. Previously I had a larger microwave that had a much larger control panel than this one, so that will just take some getting used to. Other than that, I am totally happy with my purchase!

Great for crisping up leftovers as well as heating my morning coffee. Interior is a little dark though.
