Smart looking machine!

Everyone in my family loves the new Samsung microwave machine.It looks great,works well and runs very quiet. Plus you can grill with it also. There is a heating element up inside of it. Haven,t tried that yet but plan to soon. Another great feature from Samsung.Comes with a porcelain finish inside so clean-up will be easier. The wall plug is a straight one which sticks out but still OK.I think it should come with a 90 degree plug to save on space behind the unit. The cord is also short so it needs to be near a wall plug. Nice unit and I highly recommend this product.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

The cord on the microwave is anchored to the right side of the unit making it too short to plug in the microwave that is on the far left side of the unit. The product manual is very confusing. For example, it tells you to set power at 30% + Grill. There is no way to do both at the same time as far as I can figure out.
It heats food well and can brown items when using the grill feature.
The pros and cons listed look like the belong on a TV review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this microwave because I've gone through 3 different microwaves from 3 different brands in 3 different years. So I'm trying Samsung this year to see how long this one will last.

So much BANG for your BUCK, a stylish addition to my kitchen. Operation is so easy to learn it is quiet and it's not overbearing on your countertop. It matches my Samsung refrigerator perfectly.

We purchased this microwave online after seeing the reviews and comparisons with numerous other similar products. Our old one gave out, after 15 years. This new one is a mid-size, which we really like much better. Plus it is very nice looking and the enamel inside make it very easy to clean. Heating seems to take a bit longer than our old one, which we expected as its a bit smaller. Haven't used the grilling feature yet, although probably won't much as it will be used primarily for heating. Overall, very pleased with the microwave!
Pros: Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, attractive
